Kitchen Manager [6 days]

Requirements:- Good culinary skills- Min 1-2 years’ experience in the related field- Good communicator with leadership qualities- Passion for food and culinary arts- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in MS Office ApplicationsJob :- You are primarily responsible for the managing and overseeing of our kitchen operations- Ordering of ingredients and stock-taking-
You will hold supervisory role such as the authority to influence or
make decision on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination and
assessment of performance of your staff- Food preparation for sauce & seasoning- Prepare raw ingredients and vege including cutting and marinade- Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment such as Grill, Fryer and etc- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and any ad-hoc duties assigned
